Backup Blender Settings

Secure your Blender configurations by backing up addons, preferences, presets, and more. Use this section to preserve your current setup and restore it later when needed.

Open the Backup tab.

Select a directory to save the backup (auto-filled from preferences).

Choose the items you want to back up:

• Addons

• Extensions

• Bookmarks

• Presets

• Recent files

• Recent searches

• Preferences

• Startup

• Platform Support

Click OK to start the backup.

The total backup size will be shown at the bottom.
